I wanted to thank you for your prompt response and for sending out another print. I received it in perfect condition this time and it is currently in the framing shop. Thank you again for a great service.

Just a note to let you know that I have now received the framed print but haven't opened it. As you probably gathered, it is a Christmas present so rather than tamper with the excellent packaging, I have decided to put some Christmas paper around it 'as is'. Therefore, we won't see it until next Tuesday! Have a lovely Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
